They basically have a whole site dedicated exclusively to refurbished laptops and notebooks. They accentuate the four main reasons why people should try moving from new laptops or desktops to refurbished ones

Trying to get the components to interact using the imbecile set of controls is sometimes next to impossible. Using Samsung controls to try to try to watch a simple blu ray movie is a miserable experience. As a former computer dealer I am astounded that they call this an `engineered’ piece of technology.
